Design:

  • Mist extractor to be designed of a wire mesh pad being able to remove all particles/liquids >10 μm.
  • Wire mesh pad diameter should be about 450 mm.
  • The liquid hold up section of the vessel to be able to hold a minimum of 40 L of liquid.

General information:

  • Materials: All components in contact with the gas shall comply with NACE MR0175-2003 ISO 15156 Section 3 (304/304 L).
  • Design operation: Continuous 24 h/day in at least 20 years (2 years between services).
  • Certificates: Material 3.1.

Gas parameters:

  • Gas fuel supply pressure min/max: 26 / 50 bar.
  • Gas fuel temperature min/max: 38 / 58 °C (28°C super heat maintained).
  • Fuel flow max: 1.80 kg/s.
